A New Year Begins

The tree is down, school starts tomorrow for the three little guys, and I'm trying to get the oldest three up to grade level in mathematics. We hope to have everyone in school when the terms pick back up in Feb. Gershon is enrolled in a special school that claims to make up two years in one (which he desperately needs) and we are trying to make decisions about schools for the rest of the children.

Pedro's walking continues to get a little better day by day, although he's lazy and if you don't watch him he reverts back to dragging his foot. I'm pretty sure he knows how to milk the whole thing to his advantage!

The boys should resume soccer this week and the girls will resume dance next week, so we are pretty much set to take on the next set of challenges.

The kids have been traveling to La Sabana with me when I work on the well and they are just about a part of that community now. It's fun to watch them interact with the children there.
